Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Two Fools Farm bouquet subscription for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If gifting a subscription, you need to communicate the terms and conditions of the gift subscription to the recipient.
1. I understand that purchasing a bouquet subscription reserves my place in the Bouquet Subscription program. All sales are final. I will not receive a refund if I cancel. I understand that if I no longer want the subscription, I may find someone to transfer it to.

2. I understand I will receive emails from Two Fools Farm confirming my subscription, informing me when pick-ups will be, etc. It is my responsibility to add twofoolscanthrive@gmail.com to my contact list. If necessary, I will check my spam folder for emails. I further understand that Two Fools Farm will email once informing me of the first pick up date, after which it is my responsibility to remember to pick up my flowers.

3. I understand that the inherent nature of farming makes bloom times impossible to predict with 100% accuracy. Therefore, Two Fools Farm reserves the right to change the pick-up dates of bouquet subscriptions. I agree to hear of any changes to dates and times via email.

4. I understand I am responsible for picking up my bouquets at the farm during the designated time frame. If I cannot make a pick up, I can have a friend pick it up for me or forfeit my subscription for that week. I understand that Two Fools Farm cannot accommodate pick ups outside the designated pick up days and times I agreed to when signing up.

5. As a subscription member, I share the rewards and risks of farming. I understand that those risks include poor harvest or total crop failure. Unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, loss of crops, or crop failure for any reason could result in a small or non-existent share of the season's harvest. That said, Two Fools Farm will do everything possible to have plenty of beautiful, sustainably grown flowers. In the event of total crop failure, we will work to achieve acceptable solutions.

6. I understand that flowers are perishable, and I should expect an average vase life of 5 days. All flowers are harvested at the best point possible to achieve the longest vase life, and all varieties have different vase lives, dependent on their care. Two Fools Farm provides flower care instructions at the start of each bouquet subscription. I will not hold Two Fools Farm responsible for poor vase life or flower quality once I receive my flowers.

7. By signing up for a bouquet subscription, I agree to add twofoolscanthrive@gmail.com to my email contacts. Two Fools Farm will communicate via email and will not be held responsible for emails going to your spam folder. I will notify the farm immediately if I do not receive a receipt upon payment or flower subscription notification emails by June 15 (July 29 for fall subscriptions). I will not hold Two Fools Farm responsible for missed pick ups due to failure to add twofoolscanthrive@gmail.com to my contact list. I agree to forfeit any flowers not picked up for any reason, including missed emails.

8. For eco-friendly subscriptions only. I agree to rinse and return the jar my previous flowers came in at each pick-up. Failure to do so will slow my pick-up process, and I will receive a bouquet wrapped in Kraft paper.
