Frequently Asked Questions:
When will subscriptions be available to purchase?
Pre-orders for bouquet subscriptions are open now! We only have a limited number, so order soon to hold your spot.

What types of bouquet subscriptions do you offer?
We offer three bi-weekly bouquet subscriptions during our sixteen-week season, from approximately June 24 to October 11.
Choose from a summer or fall half-season subscription of four fabulous bouquets picked up every other week. Or, opt for a full-season subscription and get eight bouquets spread over the entire season, one every other week.
All bouquet subscriptions can be purchased wrapped in compostable Kraft paper or choose the eco-friendly version.

What kinds of flowers will I receive?
Subscription bouquets come with whatever flowers are blooming at the moment. We grow fourteen different kinds of flowers, most in multiple colors. Our goal is that you receive some of each variety and color throughout the growing season. Some, such as zinnias or cosmos, will consistently appear in your bouquets. Others, like sunflowers, lisianthus, dahlias, or chrysanthemums, will have briefer seasons and only appear in a few or even one bouquet. No two bouquets are ever the same.

What is the eco-friendly version, and how can I get it?
Our eco-friendly bouquets are available with all of our bouquet subscriptions. Instead of wrapping your bouquet in Kraft paper, we will place it in a quart canning jar with some water. At each pick-up, return the jar and receive a fresh bouquet in a clean, sterilized jar. Once home, you can transfer the flowers to your vase and rinse the jar. Then, we recommend putting it in your car so you have it to return when picking up your next bouquet.
The eco-friendly option reduces waste and allows your flowers to remain upright and receive water during transportation, keeping them looking their best! Your flowers receiving continuous water frees you up to place them in a vase at your leisure - convenient if you have kids or groceries to unload!

When and where can I pick up my bouquets?
Your bouquet will be available at the farm, 4382 Old Springfield Rd, London, OH 43140, on Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00 or 7:00-9:00.

Do you offer delivery?
No, our rural location makes delivery infeasible at this time.
What do I do if I am on vacation or out of town?
If you are going on vacation or can't pick up your bouquet, we encourage you to send a friend or neighbor to pick it up on your behalf. We are unable to hold bouquets past the designated pick-up date/time. We cannot change pick-up weeks to make up for missed pick-ups since our seeding and planting schedules are made months in advance.

How do I gift a flower subscription?
It's easy to gift a subscription! Simply fill out the order form online. As you do, you will notice we have a field for leaving us a note. Let us know there that the subscription is a gift, the recipient's name, and their email address. Be aware the recipient must abide by the terms and conditions you agree to at purchase. Be sure to share that information with them. We will not contact them until a few weeks before their first pick-up date.

I didn't get any emails. What do I do?
Check your junk mail and anyplace else an email may have gone to. If you did not get a confirmation receipt, please contact us immediately to confirm the order went through. We will contact you again approximately two weeks before your bouquet subscription begins. Add our email address (twofoolscanthrive@gmail.com) to your contact list so you don't miss important emails. We will not be held responsible for information you did not receive due to problems on your end.

What happens to my share if a natural disaster occurs and wipes out the flowers?
Because our flowers are all grown in the field, we are at the mercy of the weather. We make every effort to prevent losses, but weather, pests, etc. can impact the availability of our flowers. Signing up for a bouquet subscription means you share the rewards and risks of farming with us. However, in the event of total crop failure, we will do our best to make things right with you. Total crop failure is defined as no flowers at all for the entire season.
How do I care for my flowers?
Once you have received your flowers, trim the stems and place them in clean water as soon as possible. Keep any leaves above the water line to help keep the water fresh. Changing the water daily helps keep bacteria from clogging the stems. Ideally, cut flowers should be kept cool and out of direct sunlight. Vase life varies by variety. Remove blooms that aren't looking fresh to give your bouquet a fresh, new look throughout the week. You will receive care instructions as your first pick-up date approaches.
